By accessing or using imgswitch.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

Service Description

imgswitch.com is a free online image conversion tool that allows you to convert between image formats including HEIC, JPG, PNG, and WebP. Uploaded files are deleted from our servers immediately after conversion and are never stored or shared.

Pro Subscription

imgswitch.com offers an optional Pro subscription at €3/month. The Pro plan provides access to additional features including batch conversion of up to 50 files at once.

The Pro subscription is billed monthly and renews automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your Account page. To avoid being charged for the next billing period, cancel before your current billing period ends. After cancellation, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for partial months of service. If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at support@imgswitch.com within 7 days of the charge and we will review your case.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to use imgswitch.com for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these terms. Prohibited activities include:

• Uploading or converting illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
• Automated scraping or bulk use of the service via bots or scripts.
• Attempting to interfere with or disrupt the service or its servers.

Liability Limitation

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, imgswitch.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Privacy

Your use of imgswitch.com is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
